Weather
Assam dwells in different moods at different points of time. She has four well-defined seasons, summer, monsoon, winter and spring. Winter season is from October to March and spring starts from April and this is the best time to visit Assam. A mild and moderate climate never given to extreme cold or heat is the main feature of Assam’s climate.
Best time to visit is between October and May. Rainy are heavy. Parts of Assam are amang the wettest places in the world. Rainy season is June to September.Summer 18 degree C to 35 degree C Winter 7 degree C to 26 degree C. Cloths Light woollen in winter and cotton in summer.
